We offer classes for everyone, including beginners, special needs, and those wanting to compete in the sport
of gymnastics
Preschool Classes Tadpoles
(18mth - 3yrs) Child attends with a parent or designated adult. The focus of this class is on gross motor development
and coordination using structured activities, obstacle courses, basic body positions and shapes, music, ect. Leapers and Hoppers (3-5yrs) Children will attend without parent. Classes are
designated with the focus on the development of gross and fine motor skills, coordination, body awareness and balance.
The use of music, games and activities as well as the introduction of basic gymnastic movements, such as rolls, swings,
and jumps will take place in these classes. Beginner/Recreation

In these class levels, children are grouped
by age and/or ability. they are designed for students with little or no experience with the sport. Children in these classes
will learn basic gymnastic progressions on all four Olympic gymnastics apparatus for girls and all 6 Olympic apparratus for
boys as well as tumble trak, trampoline and one of our two loose foam pits. Bronze
Level (Intermediate) This class will introduce students to gymnastic skills beyond the
basics. Students must be comfortable and confident on all pieces of apparatus to be placed in this class. Strength and flexibility
will also be stressed. Invitation Only Classes Advanced level coach approved classes Gym Stars, Super Gym Stars,
and Elite Gym Stars ages 4-8 years Silver/Gold ages 8 years and older These classes are the first step to our competitive pre-team. Students will move beyond the basics, learning more
advanced skills and combinations of skills. Competitive Team and Pre-Team (USAG Level 2-9) Girls Team

Special Needs: If you have a special
needs child that would like to stretch, jump, tumble, walk the beam, swing on our bars, crawl through a tunnel and jump into
our foam pit, the DG is the place to be. Private lessons:
Available with the coach of your choice. Talk to our office staff or the coach of your choice to set up a time.
Registration and deposit required. Payment due at time of lesson. Totally
Tumbling: For those that want to learn cartwheels, back walk-overs, or just to improve
their tumbling skills. Parkour: physically, Parkour is a natural method of training the body to efficiently go from point A to poiiunt B making use
of the environment that’s around at any given time. It requires another specific structure nor accessory for its practice.
The body is the only tool. It’s an athlectic discipline accessible to all, because it combines all the natural skills
of the human body: running, jumping,climbing, ect. Parkour is about being ablt to face the obstacles with which you are presented,
whether they be in the natural environment or in the combines effectiveness and control.
