Beginner

This beginner class will focus on the basics using aerial silks and lyra to help build strength to do beginner level holds and poses.

Aerial 2

7+ years

Intermediate

This intermediate class is an “invite only” class and will build from the basics learned in Aerial 1. Students will get to work on more holds, drops, slides, flips, and inversions on the silks and lyra.

Aerial 3

7+ years

75 minutes

Advanced

This advanced class is an “invite only” class and will build from the basics learned in Aerial 2. There will be more even more advanced holds, drops, slides, flips, and inversions on the silks and lyra.
