Our FREE Caviar class is perfect to introduce your child to the world of gymnastics!  We build gross motor skills through obstacle course instruction and play. We explore vault, floor, and beam, learning to jump, balance, and basic gymnastics skills.Let your little one explore our gym from the ground up! Parent Participation Required.

Tadpoles

18 months – 3 years

This parent - tot class is the perfect way to build coordination, balance and gross motor skills! Your child will learn basic gymnastics skills, motor development, and coordination in a safe, fun, environment! We will work with obstacle course instruction on bars, beam, vault and floor.

Hoppers

3 years

This class is for the independent gymnast. This class is for the child who is ready to explore the world of the gymnastics on their own. We’ll do all basic gymnastics skills, focusing on balance, agility and strength. We use obstacle course training to learn bars, beam, floor and vault skills.

Leapers

4 years

In this class, we invite our 4 year old's to learn the basic gymnastics skills and gain strength, coordination, and agility. We’re developing good discipline and behaviors while learning our body awareness in a fun, safe environment. We'll use obstacle courses to teach the basics of each gymnastic event: bars, beam, vault, and floor.

This is an exciting time for your 5 gymnasts! This class starts your child’s seamless transition from our Jumpstart Program into our School Age program. This class focuses on building the basic foundation for a great gymnastics experience, in a fun, station based atmosphere. We focus on basic skills on bars, beam, vault, and floor.

NinjaNastics

3 – 5 year old boys

Calling all boys! This class is the perfect introduction to gymnastics'. This high energy, fast paced class focuses on building strength, coordination, and mobility needed for a future in either gymnastics or other sports.

If you are a new student, our yearly registration fee will be added to your account and pro-rated based on the month you start.
